Diagnostic Consultation Intensive

A focused two-part consultation designed for individuals seeking expert diagnostic synthesis, integrative interpretation, and strategic clinical guidance without ongoing membership enrollment.

Part 1 — Initial Clinical Consultation (60 minutes)

A structured review of:

symptom history and timeline,
prior diagnoses,
previous treatment approaches and responses,
overall patterns in prior evaluation,
and identification of gaps in existing workup.

This visit is intended to establish clinical context and determine what additional records, laboratory data, imaging, or testing may be helpful for deeper analysis.

Between Visits

Patients upload relevant prior records, laboratory data, imaging reports, and testing for physician review and integration.

Part 2 — Findings Integration & Strategy Session (30 minutes)

A detailed review and synthesis of:

prior laboratory and diagnostic findings,
clinical patterns and potential mechanisms,
differential diagnostic considerations,
additional testing considerations,
and therapeutic or lifestyle intervention options.

Each consultation includes a written clinical summary outlining:

key clinical impressions,
diagnostic reasoning,
relevant contributing factors,
additional information that may improve diagnostic clarity,
and evidence-informed treatment considerations.
